Crypto deposit

Generate an address for the asset and network you are sending, then send to it. Funds credit after the required confirmations — typically 2 for BTC, 12 for ETH, and near-instant on faster chains. The network fee is charged by the blockchain, not by us; we add nothing on top of a crypto deposit.

Check the network before you send

The most common support ticket in existence is a transfer sent on the wrong network. An address issued for one chain will not credit a transfer arriving on another, and recovery is possible but slow and sometimes impossible. The network is shown on the deposit screen in the same size as the address for a reason.

Card purchase

Visa and Mastercard, credited instantly, with a 2.5% processor fee shown inside the quote before you confirm. The quote holds for 60 seconds. Best for smaller amounts where speed matters more than cost.

Bank transfer

Cheaper for larger amounts. Local rails settle same-day in most supported countries; international wires take one to three business days. Supported currencies include NGN, USD, EUR, GBP, INR, BRL, TRY, ZAR, KES and GHS with local methods for each.

Minimums and limits

Minimum deposit is $10 equivalent. Daily limits depend on your verification level — basic verification allows up to $10,000 a day, full verification removes the ceiling. Limits are per account, not per method.

If a deposit does not appear

Check the transaction on a block explorer first and confirm it has the required confirmations. If it is confirmed and still not credited after an hour, open an inquiry with the transaction hash, the network, and the exact amount. Do not send a second transfer while the first is being traced.
